In this first step, we spend time with corporates and start-ups to understand their specific needs and areas of focus under the life skills umbrella to gauge the audience through our assessment questionnaire. This is the stage where we explain the process at length, explain our services, and clarify any doubts or apprehensions. This step is essential in making us understand the employees’ challenges, priorities and motivators.

In the designing step, we follow the mutually agreed upon project plan, whilst working on the source content and creating templates and checklists for all the deliverables. This step aims at creating and getting your approval on a design document that would form the foundation of our work further.

In this action-oriented step, we follow the strategies and execute the plan. This may include onsite training sessions, offsite workshops and group or individual coaching session. Here the focus is on effective deployment and our certified trainers, coaches and consultants to work with the young participants at corporates to achieve the learning objectives and continuously review the progress.
